All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for the safety of all our clients, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We rake great care in packaging your orders, but we do understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the incorrect item, we are happy to make it right.
How To Report An Issue
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. To start the process, please send a text to (386)624-3448 or email modernskinaestheticsllc@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged product or incorrect item received.
Shipping & Handling
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved replacements, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
